OUR REGULAR WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE (main session in red)Please note that all members are welcome at all training sessions and you can attend as many or as few sessions in a week as you like, in any combination. Our main session is the Wednesday one, which includes (optional) sparring opportunities. Please arrive 10 minutes early for all sessions to allow everyone to sign in. MONDAYS St. Bede’s Sports Complex, Birdwood Road, Cambridge 6.30 - 8.00pm Choice of Savate Kickboxing or Canne de Combat WEDNESDAYS Coleridge Community College Gym, Radegund Road, Cambridge 7.00 - 8.30pm Savate (kickboxing) training 8.30 - 9.00pm Pre-sparring & free-sparring (optional) We're currently looking at organising more training sessions. E-mail us with your suggestions and we'll see what we can do! WHAT TO WEAR:
Tracksuit bottoms or shorts, t-shirt, trainers.
WHAT TO BRING: Money
to pay for the session - see below, a bottle of water and possibly
a towel.
If you own any boxing/kickboxing
gloves or mitts these may be
useful.
COSTS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A £16
per annum licence & insurance payment (which includes a
yearly GBSF membership) is payable at
the start. This lasts you for a full year and gives a discount on any
gradings you may wish to take. There are three main options for payment for the training sessions: 1. One-off session - £5 2. Term card - cost tbc 3. Year card - cost tbc (covers 3 terms) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Don't worry
about joining half way through term, or missing one or two classes, our
training sessions are geared such that our members can start training
at any time throughout the year, and train as little or often as they
